Our team has a passion to encourage consumers, local businesses and non-profits to seamlessly support each other in their local communities.
We have decades of experience in implementing unique & effective online and community outreach campaigns that offer much more promotion of our vendors and sponsors than the majority of "event planners".
The Benevolution Foundation is a 501c3 organization that is dedicated to raising awareness, effectiveness, and offering project funding for worthy locally focused nonprofit missions who are helping to build our communities stronger.
The Benevolution Foundation team has been involved in coaching nonprofit organizations for decades, and through the "Festivals For Good" opportunities that are offered at no-cost to the participating nonprofit organizations, we will be implementing all of the knowledge & experience that we've gained over the years towards strengthening the locally focused nonprofits who truly make a difference in our neighborhoods.
In 2019, the Shop Local For Good, LLC family grew by adding the talents & professionalism of POSH Promotions & Publicity.
The dedication to our mission, and especially the over-the-top work ethic on our public media relations campaigns and promotional management that they provide are most impressive, and we are thrilled that they will be a part of our team in 2020!
In 2019, the Shop Local For Good team expanded with the incredible entertainment production & musical talents of Darrell Autry of Smooth D & The Boyz.
Darrell's unwavering commitment to professionally produced & exceptionally entertaining shows, and his decades of experience in the industry were a welcome addition to our team, and we are looking forward to working with him at our 2020 "Festivals For Good".
In 2019, Shop Local For Good teamed up with the Vector VC team on streamlining our promotional strategy, and empowering our online presence with the guidance of their professionals.
We are working closely with them on growing even more online awareness of the 2020 "Festivals For Good".
Unlike the majority of "event promoters", the Shop Local For Good mission includes a heavy investment in proven promotional strategies that we've tested and have tracked as being a worthy investment for all of our community partners.

The #ROCKing600Block campaign, originally launched by Shop Local For Good in January 2019, was developed to attract more visitors to the 600 Block of Cleveland Street in Downtown Clearwater during the Blast Friday Clearwater Concert Series.
Karena Morrison, Founder of Shop Local For Good, initially expanded on the existing "Downtown Clearwater 600 Block Rocks" Facebook page that was previously established by the 600 Block business owners, and developed the community campaign after accepting an invitation from the Ruth Eckerd Hall Experience team to assist in identifying, registering, and managing the vendors showcased on the 600 block during the "Blast Friday Clearwater" events managed by the Ruth Eckerd Hall team.
The #ROCKing600Block campaign has proven to be a fun and simple way for visitors to easily find out more about the additional live music, food, and local shopping available on the 600 Block of Cleveland Street during the festival. Shop Local For Good plans to expand the campaign to other events that will include the businesses located on the 600 Block of Cleveland Street.
"My passion is to assist in supporting the growth of our local small business neighbors while growing the MarketSpace For Good program," offered Mrs. Morrison, "and by combining my experience in grassroots organizing with any available resources that are being offered through other community programs, and through building collaborations with the hard-working small business families in our community, the entire Downtown Clearwater District grows together."
